where and when. That allows us to focus on your exact data needs. Then,
you can either request just the data, or you can ask us to examine it and
develop a preliminary opinion. Substantial data are already in our archives,
and are quickly accessible, while data from NOAA can take 24 hours to three
weeks to obtain. Our preliminary opinion is presented verbally, then you
can decide whether you want us to continue the investigation, present a
written report, and possibly prepare for trial. Experience over the past
